Connor joined Rhino in 2026 leading the firm’s business development and client management. He brings 10+ years of commercial real estate expertise ranging across investment sales, leasing, capital markets, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Rhino, Connor executed over $300M in deal volume at Los Angeles based brokerage firms Zacuto Group, Inc. and Colliers International.

Most recently at Douglas Emmett, he oversaw 2.7 million square feet of Class-A office product. The combination of these experiences positions him to deliver comprehensive growth strategies while building lasting relationships with owners, property managers, and tenants.

Connor holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Outside the office he enjoys surfing, golfing, and film.
