Cade joined Rhino in 2026, bringing more than 13 years of real estate experience with him. He leads the firm’s corporate operations and strategy.

Prior to joining Rhino, Cade led real estate acquisitions at HP Investors in San Diego covering all asset classes, including office, retail, self-storage, industrial, and R&D. He oversaw the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of nearly one million square feet of assets representing $100M+ in transaction value.

Before HP Investors, Cade served on the acquisitions team at Harvest Properties, a leading San Francisco Bay Area real estate investment firm where he acquired, managed, and disposed of nearly $2B in assets. He began his career on the real estate syndicated finance team at Wells Fargo Securities.

Cade holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and a Minor in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Outside of the office he enjoys golf, jiu jitsu, and anything baseball related.
